For Returns
Please contact us at [email protected] and we'll work with you toward the best solution to help resolve any issues you may have encountered.
We only allow returns under certain circumstances within 30 days if the product is unopened, in which you'll be responsible for shipping it back to us. Your shipping cost will not be refunded.
For Exchanges
We're not perfect, if we send you an incorrect product which you did not order, we'll make it right by sending you the product you did order, on us.
For Cancellations
We allow cancellations within 2 hours after an order is placed.
Once shipped, we can no longer cancel your order.
Cancellations cannot be done on the weekend or on the holidays.
